Answering All Customer Queries within SLA Timeline on Phone and Whatsapp 2. Solving Delivery Related Problems faced by Customers 3. Solving Product Related Problems faced by Customers 4. Creating Orders from Customers in System 5. Managing all Tags/Customer Classifying them 6. Updating all sales Leads recieved on chats in CRM 7. Calling Customers for Feedback 8. Regularly checking with old customers 9. Co-ordinating with various team maters to gather data Required Skills: Problem Solving Skills - Solving Customer Issues Willingness to Speak to Customers and other Stake holders - You need to call a lot Love talking to people Extrovert Personality
