You will be working as a Customer Success Executive in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, where training will be provided. As a fresher, you are required to have excellent communication skills and be a graduate. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering crucial information and insights from clients or stakeholders for various purposes - Ensuring successful and timely implementation of projects or solutions - Conducting training sessions for clients or team members - Providing on-site support to address client needs and concerns The company policy includes a starting salary of 12500/- for the first 3 months, which will increase to 21100/- for the next 9 months.
