You will be involved in process mapping and providing professional services for the software throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for software users and develop training materials. It will be crucial for you to maintain regular communication with the implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature requests. Post-implementation, you will provide end-user support. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
