ERP Application Consultant

Role Overview: As an ERP Applications Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in working closely with clients to implement ERP applications. Your main responsibilities will involve gathering and defining client requirements, documenting them, and drafting project plans and fee quotes. You will also be responsible for process mapping and providing professional services for the software throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, conducting training sessions for software users and developing training materials will be part of your role. Regular communication with the implementation manager and product teams to discuss support issues and feature requests will be essential. Post-implementation, you will provide end-user support. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and define client requirements for ERP applications implementation - Document client requirements and draft project plans and fee quotes - Conduct process mapping and provide professional services throughout the project life cycle - Conduct training sessions for software users and develop training materials - Maintain regular communication with the implementation manager and product teams - Provide end-user support post-implementation Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in implementing ERP applications - Strong documentation and project planning skills - Proficiency in conducting training sessions and developing training materials - Excellent communication skills to maintain regular communication with stakeholders - Ability to provide end-user support post-implementation Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
