Customer Success Executive

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Executive (Day Shift) at EngineerBabu, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads, understanding their needs, coordinating meetings with internal teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success, pre-sales, inside sales, or client communication, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospects through our services.
