Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Officer (Telecaller)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound & outbound calls, educate

customers about our personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure high-quality service

throughout the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft

products.

 Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements

clearly.

 Handle inbound queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions.

 Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.

 Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

 Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing.

 Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.



Requirements

 Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably

in finance/loans).

 Excellent communication and convincing skills.

 Basic understanding of personal loans/overdraft products is an advantage.

 Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

 Strong follow-up and documentation skills.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
