As an Investment Scheme Manager for Brundavan Dairy Farms, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, building trust, and achieving strong conversion outcomes for our High-Yield Investment Scheme. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling investor inquiries through inbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and clarity, while focusing on trust-building communication. - Persuading, converting, and onboarding potential investors by effectively explaining the benefits, features, and advantages of the investment scheme. - Managing and mentoring a small customer-facing team to ensure prompt and impactful responses, fostering a culture of excellence. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) to meet business targets effectively. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines in all communications and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. - Equipping the team with best practices in communication, objection handling, and conversion strategies through training and coaching sessions. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 3-6 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, investment schemes, financial services, or call-center management. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of lead conversion. - An analytical mindset with experience in KPI/KRA tracking and reporting. - Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards. - A Graduate/Postgraduate degree with an MBA/Finance specialization preferred, but not mandatory.
