Customer Success

The position of Customer Success requires 1 to 5 years of experience and is located in Gurugram and Noida. As a Customer Success professional, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end implementation of a leading SaaS/cloud-based supply chain automation product for the FMCG industry. Your role will involve understanding software architecture, configuring the product to match customer requirements, working with Master data, assisting with service requests, and troubleshooting data-related issues. A key aspect of this role is client interaction. You will be required to handle clients, communicate their requirements to internal teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide technical assistance to clients within SLA. Additionally, you will assist customers in generating reports, offer expertise on the product and its usage, document client requirements, and ensure quality check of deliverables through UAT with the client.
