💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (preferably in Banking)

📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Weekly Offs

🚗 Perks: Both Side Cabs Provided

💰 Salary: No Bar – Based on Last Drawn

🔹 Role: Customer Success Associate (Voice Process)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound voice calls

Resolve queries related to banking or financial products (if applicable)

Deliver exceptional customer service with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services

Work in coordination with internal teams for smooth resolution of issues

🔹 Desired Skill Set:

Excellent verbal fluency in English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach

🔹 Qualifications:

Graduate or Undergraduate – both can apply

Minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in Banking domain)
