Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Design Analyst, your main responsibility will be to assist in creating end-to-end technical designs and solutions that align with customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in translating customer technical needs into solution designs following standard design methodologies. Your contributions will be vital in supporting customer solution design engagement, reviewing and validating new developments, assisting in customer migration planning and implementation, and ensuring that designs adhere to architectural principles and policies. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting standard solution and service issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting, as well as implementing ways to enhance working processes within the customer solution design area. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in capturing customer technical requirements and translating them into solution designs - Support customer solution design engagement and contribute to statement of work creation - Review and validate new developments and in-life products and services - Assist in customer migration planning and implementation - Provide change management support by offering impact assessments and updating design documentation - Ensure designs adhere to architectural principles and policies - Collaborate with project lifecycle parties to determine optimum solution design for customers - Resolve standard solution and service issues, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshooting - Implement improvements in working processes within the customer solution design area Qualifications Required: - Troubleshooting skills - Business strategy knowledge - Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating - Experience in requirements analysis and gathering - Ability to conduct root cause analysis - Negotiation skills - Commercial acumen - Business analysis expertise - Solution design capabilities - Familiarity with technology migration - Proficiency in proposal development - Understanding of solution architecture - Strong decision-making abilities - Growth mindset - Inclusive leadership qualities Additional Details: The company values inclusive and safe leadership, inspiring trust through self-awareness, honesty, and integrity.
