Customer Solutions Design Analyst

Role Overview: As a Customer Solutions Design Analyst, your main responsibility will be to assist in creating end-to-end technical designs and solutions that align with customer requirements. You will play a crucial role in translating customer technical needs into solution designs following standard design methodologies. Your contributions will be vital in supporting customer solution design engagement, reviewing and validating new developments, assisting in customer migration planning and implementation, and ensuring that designs adhere to architectural principles and policies. Additionally, you will be involved in troubleshooting standard solution and service issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting, as well as implementing ways to enhance working processes within the customer solution design area.
