Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats.Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.Maintain customer records and update account information.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets.
