Job Description

You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving customer queries over calls. Additionally, you will support the execution of process improvements within the CRM team under the guidance of the Team Lead. Your main goal will be to enhance the overall Customer Experience by addressing customer issues promptly and ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively. It is essential to adhere strictly to Company Policies, procedures, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers. Furthermore, you will be expected to propose innovative strategies to enhance product promotion, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and courteous manner, along with having a good understanding of the products and services to address inquiries appropriately, is key to succeeding in this role. You are encouraged to think creatively and offer suggestions that contribute to operational efficiency, internal controls, and customer service improvement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills and possess a customer-oriented and team-oriented mindset. Freshers and individuals with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Please note that this role is based at Candor Tech Space, Noida Sector 135 (Delhi NCR), and candidates must be comfortable working night shifts from the office. Undergraduate freshers are not eligible for this position. In terms of benefits, the annual package for this role ranges from 3.2 to 3.45 LPA and includes cab facilities and Medicare facility for free online consultations with doctors.
