We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who can lead by example, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive upselling & retention goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the customer service team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely, satisfactory resolutions.
• Monitor daily operations, call quality, and service standards.
• Train team members on effective communication, upselling techniques, and retention strategies.
• Track and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Maintain high client satisfaction while achieving monthly upsell and renewal targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management on service and sales performance.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline the customer journey.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in health, wellness, or subscription-based services.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader / Supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus incentives)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
