Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and manage the sales team’s performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting performance goals, evaluating results, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance : Track the performance of the sales team, analyze sales data, and identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Set Sales Goals : Collaborate with management to define individual and team sales targets, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Performance Reviews : Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to help them achieve their sales goals. Motivate and Guide the Team : Lead by example, motivate the team to reach their full potential, and provide mentorship to improve sales techniques and customer engagement. Develop Strategies for Improvement : Identify performance gaps and implement action plans or training programs to address underperformance and maximize sales output. Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools and information they need to succeed. Reporting : Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
