Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Noida. The Customer Service Specialist will manage day-to-day customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns via phone, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication skills, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Candidates will also be expected to respond proactively to customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
