Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Bhubaneswar. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone communications, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, assisting with product and service information, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing customer communications
• 1year Experience in improving Customer Experience and handling customer relations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
• Experience in a similar role or position is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or any relevant certification is preferred
