Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs or concerns.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management when required.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
