Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: Fresher

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs or concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management when required.
Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
