About the Role

myG Future is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience through phone, email, chat, or in-store support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions
• Maintain customer records and update databases as required
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and service requests
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and service
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, typing, email handling)
