Job Description

You are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join the team at iintris solutions private limited. Your primary role will be to assist customers and vendors, respond efficiently to customer requirements, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: - Answer calls professionally and provide information about products, services, orders, and company policies - Handle customer queries and resolve issues - Interact with customers and vendors to gather feedback - Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers and vendors - Regularly follow up with customers and vendors Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills are mandatory - Good command of English and Hindi (written and verbal) - Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage - Should understand UK/USA accent - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits: - Salary: Up to 2.4Lacs INR per annum (Based on academic credentials) - Incentives + Food - Experience: 0-3 years - Working hours: Day shift - FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY - LONG TERM POSITION - Job Type: Full-time,
