Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Support Executive with exceptional communication skills to become a valuable member of our team. As a Customer Support Executive, your main responsibility will involve providing assistance to customers and vendors, ensuring prompt and effective responses tailored to their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: - Professionally answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about our products, services, orders, and company policies - Address customer queries and resolve any issues that may arise - Engage with customers and vendors to gather valuable feedback - Offer support to customers and vendors via phone, email, and chat channels - Conduct regular follow-ups with both customers and vendors to ensure their needs are met Qualifications: - Mandatory requirement of excellent communication skills - Proficiency in both English and Hindi, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer service would be advantageous - Ability to comprehend UK and USA accents - Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines Additional Information: - Salary: Up to 2.4 Lacs INR per annum (Dependent on academic qualifications) - Benefits: Incentives and food - Experience: 0-3 years - Working hours: Day shift - Freshers are encouraged to apply - Long-term position - Job Type: Full-time,
