Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing intermediate level tasks related to the process or business you are aligned with. Your main duties will include understanding business fundamentals, maintaining professional relations with internal customers, following standard procedures, resolving issues with a high degree of urgency, generating reports, and meeting individual productivity requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures - Maintain professional and productive relations with internal customers - Follow standard procedures and incorporate new procedures into daily routine - Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements - Resolve problem invoices urgently - Address quality control issues in problem queues - Generate reports and create MIS as advised - Meet individual productivity requirements set by managers Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any field Preferred Qualifications: - 6 months prior relevant experience in Customer Support - Experience in a similar process will be an additional advantage Additional Company Details: The company provides a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability.
