Job Description:

PVR INOX is hiring Service Associates for Food & Beverage and Box Office operations. This is a full-time, on-site role. The associate will support daily cinema operations and ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers at Food & Beverage counters and Box Office
• Prepare and serve food items as per standards
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workplace
• Assist customers and resolve basic queries
• Follow health, safety, and company guidelines

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• 12th pass or any degree
• Freshers are welcome
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
