Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their queries, assisting with orders, and ensuring a seamless support experience. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English (preferred).
• Provide quick, accurate, and friendly support to customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain records of interactions and update order/support details in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and efficient communication.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is an advantage).
• Good problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Basic computer and smartphone operation skills.
• Ability to work both from the office and remotely when required.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
