Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:-

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or billing.
Document call details, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

At least 1 year of prior experience U.S customer service and call center operations.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Candidate should be comfortable for night shift.
Ability to work with others in a close manner.
Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

A pick & drop facility is available (in selected hiring zone) and for self-commuters, traveling allowance will be given.
Meal facility.
