It specializes in packed hazardous goods transportation services using its fleet of 125+ owned vehicles and 180+ attached vehicles. Rajesh Roadlines Pvt Ltd is located in Mumbai and has 150+ DG trained drivers and 50+ police-verified drivers. The company offers parcel and full-truck-load services from Ahmadabad, Baroda, Dahej, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & Goa. It also offers EXIM services from JNPT (Nhava Sheva), Mumbai Airport, ICD Ankleshwar & Hazira Port.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as answering customer queries, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to listen actively- Customer Service Representatives
Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints- Customer Support
Commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills- Customer Satisfaction
Knowledge of company products and services- Customer Service
Dedication to enhancing customer experience and building positive relationships- Customer Experience
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Experience in the logistics industry would be an advantage
A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
