Accurately prepare customer bills using the ERP system defined by RRPL. Coordinate with Customer Service Executives to gather necessary billing data, including shipment details, rates, and customer-specific requirements. Generate bills as per customer preferences: through customer portals, in hard copy, or soft copy (email/PDF). Verify and cross-check billing data to ensure accuracy. Maintain a record of all bills generated and track their status. Respond to customer inquiries related to billing in a timely and professional manner. Escalate any discrepancies or billing issues to the relevant department. Assist in maintaining billing records and reports for internal and audit purposes.
