About the Role:

This is a remote position based in India, requiring you to work during US shift hours. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns to prevent future issues.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be available to work US shift hours (2 PM – 10 PM IST)
