Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role of a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be to provide virtual assistance to our US Graphic Design clients.
Additionally, they need to act as the point of contact between the US clients and our in-house graphic design team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
The CSR will also be required to make retention calls to re-engage clients who have become inactive, aiming to understand their concerns and encourage renewed collaboration.

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate can apply.
Excellent in Written and Verbal English communication skills
Experience of 6 months or more in Customer Service in the US market preferred
