  • Answering Inquiries:
  • Responding to phone calls, emails, live chats, or social media messages.
  • Complaint Handling: Managing customer dissatisfaction with patience and professionalism.
  • Sales Support: Assisting with reservations, upselling, or cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Documentation: Recording interactions, updating customer accounts, and tracking service requests.
  • Proactive Outreach: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent future issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with other departments (sales, technical support, logistics) to resolve complex issues.
