Customer Service Representative

As a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Executive with exceptional English communication skills, your role will involve managing and enhancing customer relationship management systems. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between students, parents, counselors, and partner institutions to contribute to the success of overseas education consultancy services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update student records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. - Track leads, follow-ups, and application statuses for timely interventions. - Facilitate smooth communication flow between counselors, students, and management. - Generate regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making. - Coordinate with the counseling team to improve lead conversion rates. - Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times. - Liaison and interact with students for application and admission process related tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proven experience in CRM systems. - Excellent English communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
