Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice-based processes in Bhopal. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. If you have good communication skills and are willing to work in rotational shifts, apply now.

Eligibility:

• 12th pass or graduate
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred (within 3–5 days)
• Local candidates preferred, but non-locals can also be considered

Salary and Training Details:

• Training Stipend: Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 8,000 (based on project and language)
• Salary:
• Freshers: Rs. 13,000 + Rs. 1,000 incentive
• Experienced: Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 16,000 + Rs. 1,000 incentive
• Hindi process CTC: Rs. 12,519 (fixed for both fresher and experienced)

Languages Required:

• Primary: English or Hindi
• Extra incentive available for candidates who also speak Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, or Oriya

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound or outbound voice calls
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate call records
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
