We are hiring Customer Support Executives for international voice processes at our Gurgaon Sector 18 office. If you're fluent in Hebrew, Italian, or Dutch, and passionate about customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to work with global brands in a dynamic and professional environment.

Current Openings by Language and Process:1. Process: Bird (Voice Support – Hebrew Language)

• Open Positions: 5
• Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)

2. Process: Bird (Voice Support – Italian Language)

• Open Positions: 5
• Salary: Up to ₹10.5 LPA
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)

3. Process: Siemens (Voice Support – Dutch Language)

• Open Positions: 4
• Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
• Language Requirement: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails in the assigned language
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hebrew / Italian / Dutch (as per the applied process)
• Good communication skills in English
• Prior customer service or voice process experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹1,050,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
