Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.

Provide accurate information about company products and services.

Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience and empathy.

Coordinate with the internal team to resolve issues efficiently.

Occasionally assist in market conversion and promotional activities.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.

Uphold company service standards and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Strong communication skills (written and spoken).

Fluent typing skills and good command of computer applications.

Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.

Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

Quick learner with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.
