Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer emails and calls, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
