Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer service tasks. The representative will also contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by responding to customer needs promptly and efficiently.

• Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
