Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining H&M Virtual Services Pvt. Ltd. as an After-Sales and Installation Support Executive, providing voice-based support to customers during the solar system installation process and beyond. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone-based communication. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support (Voice Process) - Answer incoming calls from customers regarding solar system installations, product inquiries, and after-sales support. - Provide clear and concise information about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting steps over calls. - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems as needed. - Build strong customer relationships through excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. - Installation Coordination - Schedule and coordinate solar system installations with customers and installation technicians via phone calls. - Provide necessary information and documentation to customers and technicians for smooth installation processes. - Monitor installation progress and address any issues or delays promptly. - Post-Installation Support - Provide guidance and support to customers on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting through voice assistance. - Address warranty claims and initiate repair or replacement processes as required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and installation data. Qualification Required: - Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written). - Experience in Technical Support (1-2 years preferred). - Proven experience of at least 3 years in Technical Support, Customer Care, or International Sales (Mandatory). - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. - Basic understanding of solar systems and installation processes (preferred). - Call center experience (preferred). - Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Mandatory).
