Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and handling inquiries. Responsibilities include assisting patients and families with service-related queries, addressing any concerns, and ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution. The role also involves scheduling appointments, coordinating with relevant teams, maintaining records, and contributing to a seamless patient-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to respond efficiently to inquiries or concerns
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in healthcare or customer service fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or relevant domains
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Gurugram
