Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and meeting/exceeding customer service targets and metrics will be crucial. As a Customer Care Executive, you should possess excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being reliable, punctual, and having a strong work ethic are essential qualities for this role. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
