About the Role

Digital Areo manages customer operations for multiple transport services in Australia

and other transport brands. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to

handle calls, chats, and bookings during the morning shift. You will be responsible for

delivering prompt, polite, and accurate assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and chat messages quickly
• Record and confirm bookings in Zoho CRM
• Share fare quotes, payment links, and trip details
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for dispatch updates
• Handle customer concerns and escalate to the manager if needed
• Explain payment, refund, and cancellation policies clearly
• Maintain records and follow communication SOPs
• Support follow up calls and lead conversions when required

Requirements

• Experience in taxi, transport, or hospitality customer service preferred
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Confident phone manner and polite tone
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar tools preferred

Performance Expectations

• Answer calls within 1 minute
• Maintain booking accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved issues during the same shift
