Job Description

Title: Customer Care Executive

Job Location: Trivandrum

Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Experience: 2 -3 years in Customer Care (Food Industry)

Salary: Rs.. 17k+ food and accommodation with statutory benefits

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

· Excellent communication, impeccable spelling, and grammar.

· Comfortable with phone calling to get things done

· Customer-orientated and Customer Complaint and Issue resolution experience.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

· Email / live chat customer support experience.

· Should be comfortable in multitasking in a high-energy environment.

· Previous experience in a similar role

· Proficient in Excel and Google sheets skills, should be good at handling

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Flexibility to work and a Responsible attitude is a must.

Requirements:

· Education: Any Degree

· Good Communication Skills

· Preferred Proficiency in Multiple Languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil

· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

· Comfortable using computers

· Experience working with customer support & Call Centers

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
