Customer Support Representative – Ava Finance

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team at Ava Finance. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and support needs related to Ava’s products.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and complete information using approved tools and resources.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
• Adhere to company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively engage with customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
• Gather accurate customer feedback to support ongoing improvement.
• Use internal software and platforms efficiently and correctly.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO or support center—preferably with North American clients.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during holidays and weekends as required.
