Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Gorakhpur. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency in interactions, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to guarantee excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
Strong understanding of Customer Service processes and optimizing Customer Experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced work culture
Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping
Knowledge of local languages and customs in the Gorakhpur region preferred
