Customer Service Professional

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai, working on US/Canada shifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Provide timely and accurate information about products or services.
• Use problem-solving skills to address complex customer complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high product knowledge to effectively support customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as first call resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools.
• Experience working in a night shift environment is preferred.
