Job Title: Customer Service Professional- Voice (UHC)
Shift: US Rotational Shifts (8hours working + 1 hour break)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Job Description about the Role

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Professionals for an international voice process. You will support US-based customers, handling queries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist UHC members and providers.
• Provide support on claims, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.
• Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Achieve performance targets for CSAT, AHT, and quality.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when required.

Eligibility:

• HSC with minimum 06 Months of BPO Experience or Graduate Fresher.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in US rotational shifts and Night shifts.
• Must be okay to travel and have no career gaps.
• Must have all documents in place (ID proof, educational certificates and company documents).
