About the Role

You will handle inbound customer interactions in Bengali, Hindi, and English, provide accurate information, document case details, and follow process guidelines to deliver timely resolutions. The role requires clear communication, basic data entry and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a 24 7 operation from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer calls and assist with service-related queries.
  • Communicate clearly in Bengali, Hindi, and English to understand and resolve customer needs.
  • Record interaction details and update internal systems accurately.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and follow standard escalation procedures for complex cases.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Work assigned rotational shifts and adhere to weekly off schedules as per rostering.
  • Support team objectives and collaborate with supervisors to improve service outcomes.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate or pursuing
  • Language: Bengali, Hindi, English
  • Shift: 24 7 inbound; rotation shifts & weekly offs as per schedule
  • Work Mode: Work from office (WFO)
  • Skills: Minimum Excel and computer knowledge; basic typing and data entry competence
  • Attributes: Strong listening skills, patience, clarity in communication, and ability to maintain composure under pressure
