Job Title: Customer Service Professional (Female Candidates Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional who enjoys engaging with people and proactively resolving their concerns. The ideal candidate will serve as the brand ambassador for CloudTailor, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, supportive, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls related to billing, service issues, service queries, and general concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive rapport with customers during every interaction.
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-driven manner.
  • Listen actively to customer complaints to understand the root cause and provide the best possible resolution.
  • Identify the appropriate course of action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Escalate special or complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments with complete context.
  • Manage high volumes of calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order placement, refunds, exchanges, and service-related processes.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the internal database during and after each interaction.
  • Stay updated on product information, company policies, and new developments through regular coordination with the management team.
  • Contribute to customer retention by resolving issues effectively and converting dissatisfied customers into loyal repeat users.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Domestic BPO, E-Commerce, or customer support roles.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage work efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Capacity to handle high call volumes with patience and composure.
  • Strong customer management and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Strong time management and punctuality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
