Role & responsibilities Complaints & Escalation Handling: Receive, log, and investigate customer complaints and escalations. Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., operations, legal, risk, and collections) to ensure prompt resolution. Communicate resolutions to customers in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner. Follow up on unresolved complaints to ensure closure within defined timeline
