About the Role:

Customer Service Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
  • Help resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex ones to senior team members
  • Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system
  • Learn and use CRM tools to manage support tickets
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Support the team in daily operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (any stream)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
