Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Customer Service Intern. The Customer Service Intern will handle day-to-day tasks including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, practicing excellent phone etiquette, and managing overall customer service and experience. The intern will assist in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in relevant field such as Business, Communications, or related area
