Internship Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern who is enthusiastic, patient, and eager to learn. As a Customer Service Intern at Olfant Corporation, you will gain hands-on experience in handling customer queries, communicating with clients, and understanding real-time customer support operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer queries through calls, messages, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a positive service experience.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal tracking sheets.
• Support the team in resolving simple customer issues and escalating complex cases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.
